Neil is a qualified earth scientist and educator with extensive experience in environmental, coastal and natural hazard management. Neil has specialised skills and experience in a broad range of areas including the development and assessment of early warning systems, building community resilience, emergency management planning, disaster and environmental education, coastal geomorphology, social impact assessments and linear reserve ecological assessments. He is an experienced workshop facilitator and has prepared and implemented numerous community and stakeholder engagement plans including with First Nations Groups.
