The work involved:
- Requesting and obtaining relevant documents and records
- Reviewing the documents obtained and preparing audit check lists and interview questions
- Site inspection to check the documents obtained and ask questions of key staff
- Prepare an audit report with the information reviewed, photos taken, findings and any suggested improvements
