Land developments and construction activities can result in environmental impacts and safety risks.

Water Technology have been engaged on many occasions to independently audit urban land developments. 

The work involved:

  • Requesting and obtaining relevant documents and records
  • Reviewing the documents obtained and preparing audit check lists and interview questions
  • Site inspection to check the documents obtained and ask questions of key staff
  • Prepare an audit report with the information reviewed, photos taken, findings and any suggested improvements
