The range of WISER Water Solutions have been co-developed with water professionals and are fast, secure and easy to use.  They are available anywhere, on any device, via a web browser and they do not require specialist expertise or experience to use.

The solutions are available individually, or in combination, through a subscription service.  Users of the tools are supported by a Help Desk and access to a Community of Practice.

Regular updates and further development of the solutions are undertaken based on user feedback and research and development initiatives.

WISER Water Control Room

The WISER Water Control Room enables users to connect to internal and external data sources and have live access to the data. 

 

Dashboards can be personalised to view, combine and analyse the data.  Thresholds and alerts can also be set.

 

 

WISER Storm Risk

The WISER Storm Risk solution is a tool that helps organisations understand the intensity, duration, timing and locality of rainfall events. 

 

This information supports the development of contingency and emergency response plans and to monitor and maintain assets.

 

WISER Flood Risk

The WISER Flood Risk solution enables users to view historical and current flood risk related data and maps. 

 

Organisations and community members are also able to search for and download property specific flood risk information.

 

 

WISER Flood Alert

The WISER Flood Alert solution provides rainfall and inundation data. 

 

Flood warnings and alerts are able to be sent to responsible authorities, emergency responders and community members to enable preparation and response to flood events.
