Water Technology has a long track record of supporting our mining clients from greenfield developments and operations (including active dewatering and tailings deposition), right through to mine closure.

We routinely undertake desktop assessments for groundwater supply and dewatering feasibility, ecological surveys and flood assessments, through to the coordination and execution of major remote drilling and aquifer testing programs for water supply planning and borefield establishment, groundwater and surface water modelling, water quality assessments and the development and implementation of monitoring programs.

Our groundwater modelling team is highly experienced in the development of fit for purpose models to support mine planning, impact assessment and mine closure using the most cutting-edge techniques.

Because our team has extensive experience in the approvals space, we know exactly what is required to be undertaken in technical investigations.

We also provide technical input to the regulatory approvals processes and actively support our clients in liaising with regulators, whether that be through delivery of defensible technical studies to the provision of independent peer review.
