Daniel is recognised for combining deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, stakeholder expectations, and project risk. His experience spans water quality, hydrodynamic and numerical modelling, limnology, coastal engineering, hydrology, and water and wastewater systems. He has particular strength in wastewater management and disposal assessments, supporting clients to select, justify, and implement effective solutions that balance environmental, regulatory, and operational considerations.

• Assessment of wastewater disposal options, including water and land-based discharge, reuse and offset strategies, supporting business case development and regulatory approvals
• Submarine outfall assessments, environmental impact assessments (EIA), licensing and approvals, and environmental load studies
• Receiving water quality assessments to define environmental effects and demonstrate compliance
• Climate change impact assessments and evaluation of environmental system response, resilience, and long-term performance
