Carl is a water engineer specialising in flood studies, stormwater management, and water-sensitive urban design. He has delivered projects across multiple Australian states and the Pacific, and has significant experience in peer reviewing hydrological and hydraulic models, including for the ARTC Inland Rail project. He is currently leading the delivery of several Council flood studies in Queensland and provides expert advice on property inundation for insurance assessments nationally.
