Brian has more than 25 years’ experience spanning integrated water resources management, digital water services, and research‑to‑commercialisation.  Brian leads Water Technology’s national digital solutions capability, including the development, deployment and commercialisation of SaaS platforms such as WISER Water.  He has also led large, collaborative research programs, including the EU‑funded WaterSENSE and REINFORM projects involving multiple international research and industry partners, as well as industry‑funded proof‑of‑concept projects.  Brian’s work focuses on translating advanced Earth‑observation, modelling and data‑science research into operational decision‑support services through co‑design, market validation, stakeholder engagement and adoption.
