Bertrand is an experienced water resource professional, who has worked in both the public and private sectors in Australia and New Zealand.  He utilises both his ecological and water resource engineering background to undertake hydraulic and environmental studies, often leading multi-disciplinary projects. Bertrand is well regarded for his expertise and attention to detail which is regularly utilised when he undertakes expert witness work.
