We are proud to share that Water Technology is now officially a Certified Family Inclusive Workplace.

This recognition places us at the forefront of our industry and among a leading group of organisations committed to supporting employees in balancing their professional and personal lives.

Created in 2021 by Parents At Work in partnership with UNICEF Australia, the Family Inclusive Workplace certification recognises organisations that support employees’ work, family and wellbeing needs through the National Work + Family Standards.

We would like to thank the Family Friendly Workplaces team who we have worked closely with over the past few months to achieve this certification. We are excited to begin embedding our Action Plan over the next two years to further strengthen our family friendly and inclusive culture across Water Technology.
