At Water Technology we were proud to recognise International Women’s Day on Friday 6 March 2026, with a special event led by our Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

We were delighted to welcome guest speaker Teresa Janowski, who delivered a virtual session sharing her inspiring journey as a successful woman in STEM. Teresa spoke candidly about navigating her career, balancing professional, personal and family commitments and the importance of being active advocates and allies for one another in the workplace.

For employees joining from our offices, we hosted afternoon tea and a gold coin donation drive. Water Technology matched all contributions, with funds donated to a local charity supporting women and girls pursuing opportunities in STEM.

A sincere thank you to Teresa for such an amazing session. Events like this continue to build on the progress we’ve made through our Family Inclusive Workplace Certification and reinforce our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
