Tahlia Rossi
Tahlia applies specialist strategic planning expertise to projects that build resilience and adaptation in the natural and built environments. Key work areas include flood and coastal resilience, water and climate literacy, and catchment health. Tahlia has a keen interest in planning for vulnerable communities to increase their resilience to compounding natural hazards imposed by climate inequity.
Tahlia has expertise in project management, public speaking, written and visual communication, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation. Additional knowledge areas include ecology, water sensitive urban design, integrated water management, and recycled water network planning.
Tahlia takes a highly collaborative approach, frequently working with multi-disciplinary teams across planning, coastal, environmental, and water resource projects. Her academic training developed the foundation for critical thinking and a generalist approach. These skills are applied to distil complex concepts into structured, strategic outputs, keeping a central focus on how to provide meaningful solutions that facilitate implementation.
